Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Time: All orders placed within India are processed within 48 hours and shipped out the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Delivery Time: We offer free shipping to all customers in India with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Customers can also opt to upgrade their shipping method to have their items arrive faster.

3. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may vary depending on the size, weight, value, and destination of the shipment. For more information please refer to our website or email us at the customer service department for a detailed quote about shipping rates and delivery times for specific items or destinations.

4. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the item has already been shipped out, then we will be unable to cancel it and a refund will not be applicable.

5. Damaged Goods: If any item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement. We reserve the right to ask customers to provide proof of the damaged item before sending a replacement.

6. Return and Exchange Policy: We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy on all new items purchased from our store, provided that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Customers can email us for details regarding returns within 15 days of delivery of their order. Please note that our return & exchange policy does not apply to custom orders or clearance items.

7. International Shipping: We do not currently ship outside India.

8. How will the package be shipped?

We ship all packages via a reliable courier service with insurance to ensure safe delivery of your items. You will be notified when the package leaves our warehouse and when it is delivered to its destination.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and net banking options as well as PayPal, Amazon Pay and UPI payments. For international orders we also accept bank transfers or e-wallets like Google Pay or PhonePe.

10. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) services?

At this time we do not offer COD services in India. Customers can choose from the available payment methods when ordering online.
