Return and Exchange Policy
At Meerakriti, we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so if for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we offer a variety of return and exchange options.
Returns
We accept returns on most items purchased from Indian clothing within 15 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt). All items must be in new condition and include all original factory packaging. If an item was damaged upon arrival please contact our customer service team at info@meerakriti.com right away to discuss further details. Returns without proof of purchase/original bill cannot be accepted or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. You will receive a full refund within 6-9 business days

Gift Returns/Exchanges
We accept returns on most items purchased as a gift from Indian Clothing within 15 days of the original purchase date when accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or gift receipt). All returned items must be in new condition and include all original factory packaging. Please contact our customer service team at info@meerakriti.com right away with details regarding the return/exchange including the size desired if applicable. Returns without proof of purchase cannot be accepted or exchanged.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment for the amount of the item purchased or a new item will be processed and shipped out to you at no extra cost.
Please note that any items marked as ”SALE” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless deemed defective through our quality control process. Additionally, shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging items are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy
we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances. We have put in place the following cancellation policy to ensure that the cancellation process is hassle-free and fair for all our customers:
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If your order has been cancelled before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund within 6-9 business days. If your order has been dispatched before cancellation, you will receive a refund minus any shipping or handling fees.
